• 昆明市第一人民醫(yī)院暨昆明醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬甘美醫(yī)院肝膽胰一科(昆明650011);

目的  探討重組人生長(zhǎng)激素對(duì)腸道屏障功能的保護(hù)作用及其機(jī)理。方法  復(fù)習(xí)近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)、外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述。 結(jié)果  重組人生長(zhǎng)激素能使腸黏膜細(xì)胞和免疫細(xì)胞增殖、防止細(xì)胞凋亡,對(duì)抗NO、細(xì)胞因子及內(nèi)毒素對(duì)屏障功能的損傷,增加腸道對(duì)谷氨酰胺的攝取和利用來(lái)維持腸黏膜的完整性和功能,以此維持腸道的屏障功能。結(jié)論  重組人生長(zhǎng)激素通過(guò)不同的途徑保護(hù)腸道屏障功能。
