目的 　總結(jié)ABO血型不合肝移植的研究進(jìn)展。
方法 　復(fù)習(xí)、分析近年來(lái)有關(guān)ABO血型不合肝移植的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。
結(jié)果 　隨著近年來(lái)各種治療手段的提高，血型不合肝移植的效果已得到很大改善。
結(jié)論 　通過(guò)有效的免疫抑制治療和圍手術(shù)期管理，ABO血型不合的肝移植是可行的。
