目的  總結(jié)胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤的診治進(jìn)展。方法  分析近年來有關(guān)胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤診治進(jìn)展的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。 結(jié)果  胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤是一種少見的胰腺低度惡性腫瘤，有其特殊的臨床、影像學(xué)及病理特征。手術(shù)切除是其主要的治療方法且預(yù)后良好。結(jié)論  熟悉并掌握胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤的特征有助于臨床準(zhǔn)確診斷與治療，但對(duì)其深入認(rèn)識(shí)尚需更多的病例積累與基礎(chǔ)研究。
