周圍靜脈疾病是臨床上的常見病和多發(fā)病，其發(fā)病率為20%～40%，皮膚營(yíng)養(yǎng)障礙占2%～5%［1，２］ ,發(fā)病率比動(dòng)脈疾病約高10倍，發(fā)病機(jī)理比動(dòng)脈疾病復(fù)雜，分類方法亦不一致，至今存在著爭(zhēng)論。下肢慢性靜脈功能不全（chronic venous insufficiency,CVI）按其病因可分為原發(fā)性、繼發(fā)性及先天性; 按解剖范圍可分為淺、深和交通靜脈3個(gè)系統(tǒng)，亦即包括淺靜脈曲張、深靜脈瓣膜功能不全、深靜脈血栓形成后遺癥、交通靜脈瓣膜功能不全等［３，４］。多年來下肢淺靜脈曲張主張施行大隱靜脈高位結(jié)扎加剝脫術(shù)，但術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)者較多。近年來，隨著國(guó)內(nèi)、外學(xué)者對(duì)CVI的深入研究，尤其是對(duì)深靜脈瓣膜功能不全的認(rèn)識(shí)，使傳統(tǒng)下肢淺靜脈曲張的概念發(fā)生了根本轉(zhuǎn)變。下肢淺靜脈曲張已不再被認(rèn)為是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的疾病，而是一種可由多種不同病因引起的共同臨床表現(xiàn)……
