目的  初步研究結(jié)腸切除對(duì)青紫蘭兔結(jié)腸黏膜中5-羥色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)及嗜鉻粒蛋白A(chromogranin A,CgA)陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)量變化的影響。方法  選取15只青紫蘭兔,切取結(jié)直腸交界上段結(jié)腸7~8 cm長(zhǎng)(對(duì)照組),繼續(xù)飼養(yǎng)2周后處死動(dòng)物,取吻合口處結(jié)腸段(研究組)。免疫組化法檢測(cè)2組結(jié)腸黏膜中的5-HT陽性細(xì)胞及CgA陽性細(xì)胞,觀察其數(shù)量的變化。結(jié)果  對(duì)照組與研究組結(jié)腸黏膜中的5-HT陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)分別為(10.40±2.22)個(gè)及(26.27±2.35)個(gè),CgA陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)分別為(20.60±5.34)個(gè)及(51.51±6.13)個(gè),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。結(jié)論  結(jié)腸切除可引起兔結(jié)腸黏膜中5-HT及CgA陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)量的增多。
