目的  觀察理氣通下合劑對(duì)急性胰腺炎患者腸屏障功能障礙的影響。
方法  按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將40例急性胰腺炎患者隨機(jī)分為理氣通下組（n＝20）和硫酸鎂組（n＝20）。記錄入院時(shí)、入院后24 h、48 h、72 h及第5天的APACHEⅡ評(píng)分和胃腸功能評(píng)分，測(cè)定入院時(shí)、入院后72 h和第5天的尿乳果糖/甘露醇（L/M）比值、血漿二胺氧化酶（DAO）活性、血漿內(nèi)毒素水平、血清TNF-α和IL-6水平。
結(jié)果  2組重癥急性胰腺炎病例構(gòu)成的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。治療后第5天，2組APACHEⅡ評(píng)分、胃腸功能評(píng)分以及理氣通下組L/M比值、DAO、內(nèi)毒素、TNF-α和IL-6水平較入院時(shí)均有所降低，硫酸鎂組上述指標(biāo)升高； 2組APACHEⅡ評(píng)分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）； 治療后第5天，理氣通下組胃腸功能評(píng)分、L/M比值、DAO、內(nèi)毒素、TNF-α和IL-6水平改善較硫酸鎂組明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。
結(jié)論  理氣通下合劑能明顯改善急性胰腺炎患者的腸屏障功能。
