目的  探討硝酸甘油對(duì)經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡逆行胰膽管造影（ERCP）術(shù)后胰腺炎（PEP）和高淀粉酶血癥的預(yù)防作用。
方法  選擇2008年1～12月在山東省交通醫(yī)院肝膽外科住院治療、經(jīng)CT或MRI證實(shí)為膽總管結(jié)石、擬實(shí)施ERCP、經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡乳頭括約肌切開術(shù)（EST）及經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡取石的患者100例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為硝酸甘油組（n=50）與對(duì)照組（n=50），檢測(cè)2組患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后3 h和24 h血清淀粉酶水平以及術(shù)后高淀粉酶血癥和PEP的發(fā)生情況。
結(jié)果  2組患者術(shù)前血清淀粉酶水平的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05），2組患者術(shù)后3 h和24 h血清淀粉酶水平均高于術(shù)前水平（P＜0.01），但硝酸甘油組術(shù)后3 h及24 h血清淀粉酶水平〔(108.88±152.07) U/L，(97.02±113.38) U/L〕均分別顯著低于對(duì)照組術(shù)后3 h及24 h血清淀粉酶水平〔(196.30±244.41) U/L，(234.22±406.05) U/L〕，P＜0.05。硝酸甘油組ERCP術(shù)后的高淀粉酶血癥發(fā)生率（12.00%，6/50）和PEP發(fā)生率（2.00%，1/50）均分別顯著低于對(duì)照組〔高淀粉酶血癥30.00%（15/50），PEP 14.00%（7/50）〕，P＜0.05。
結(jié)論  舌下含化硝酸甘油可降低ERCP術(shù)后血清淀粉酶水平，對(duì)PEP及高淀粉酶血癥均有預(yù)防作用。
