目的  探討胰腺惡性纖維組織細胞瘤的診斷及治療。
方法  對蘭州大學第一醫(yī)院收治的1例胰腺惡性纖維組織細胞瘤患者，結合國、內(nèi)外文獻對其臨床特點，影像學、病理學及免疫組化特征、治療和預后進行分析。
結果  行胰腺腫瘤切除，術后醫(yī)用直線加速器采取三維適形精確放療，隨訪9個月，未見腫瘤復發(fā)。
結論  胰腺惡性纖維組織細胞瘤惡性度高，易復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移，生存率低，診斷主要依靠病理和免疫組化檢查。外科手術聯(lián)合放射治療可延長生存時間和延緩腫瘤的復發(fā)。
