目的  探討肝結核的多層螺旋CT表現(xiàn)及其診斷價值。方法  收集14例經(jīng)手術（5例）、穿刺活檢（4例）或臨床（5例）證實的肝結核患者CT資料，分析其CT表現(xiàn)，并與病理改變對照。結果  14例肝結核可分為2種類型： ①肝實質型12例。細分為4種亞型： 粟粒型2例，增強掃描表現(xiàn)為點狀稍低密度； 結節(jié)型5例，平掃邊界模糊，有2例環(huán)形強化，2例無強化，1例環(huán)形強化與無強化區(qū)混雜； 膿腫型4例，平掃邊界模糊，2例表現(xiàn)為云絮狀淡薄強化，2例環(huán)形強化； 纖維鈣化型1例，鈣化灶呈斑塊狀。②肝漿膜型2例，表現(xiàn)為肝包膜均勻性增厚或伴結節(jié)附著，呈輕微強化，肝包膜下局限積液。其他征象包括肝腫大和其他器官結核，如腹腔淋巴結、胰、脾、腎上腺、腸道及肺部可見結核病灶。結論  螺旋CT對診斷肝結核有重要價值，一定程度上反映了肝結核不同的病理改變。
