目的 　探討超聲刀在開放性小切口甲狀腺手術中的應用效果。
方法 　總結我科于2004年4月至2007年12月期間對89例甲狀腺良性疾病患者開展的開放性小切口(3～4 cm)甲狀腺切除術，手術中采用超聲刀代替?zhèn)鹘y的結扎和縫扎方法對甲狀腺血管和腺體進行處理。
結果 　手術平均時間70(40～135) min，術中平均出血量15(5～20) ml，術后24 h平均切口引流量25(10～50) ml。無出血、神經、甲狀旁腺損傷及其他并發(fā)癥。切口Ⅰ類/甲級愈合，術后平均住院時間5(3～6) d。
結論 　超聲刀應用于開放性小切口甲狀腺切除，可以方便手術操作，提高手術效率，止血效果可靠，有特有的實用價值。
