目的 探討自體外周血干細(xì)胞移植技術(shù)治療下肢動脈缺血性疾病的可行性及存在的問題。方法 
自2004 年3 月至2007 年2 月期間,我院采用自體外周血干細(xì)胞技術(shù)治療16 例患有嚴(yán)重下肢動脈缺血性疾病的患
者,通過采用重組粒細(xì)胞集落刺激因子動員骨髓干細(xì)胞增殖并釋放入血,在動員的第5~6 d ,通過CS23000 PLUS
血細(xì)胞分離機(jī)進(jìn)行外周血干細(xì)胞采集,并將采集到的濃縮干細(xì)胞液做缺血肢體肌肉注射。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療后3~24
個月的追蹤隨訪,患肢靜息痛緩解,潰瘍愈合,間歇性跛行時間及距離延長。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用自體外周血干細(xì)胞移植技
術(shù)治療下肢動脈缺血性疾病是可行且有效的,是治療缺血性疾病的一種新手段,但該治療方法處在臨床治療的初
級階段,尚需進(jìn)一步研究和探討。
