目的　研究肝細(xì)胞移植的臨床應(yīng)用及其最新研究進(jìn)展。方法　對(duì)有關(guān)肝細(xì)胞移植的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述
分析。結(jié)果　肝細(xì)胞移植經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展與臨床運(yùn)用,出現(xiàn)了以基因修飾細(xì)胞作為種子細(xì)胞,結(jié)合高分子材料的
皮下移植、包囊化預(yù)處理等新技術(shù)與新進(jìn)展。結(jié)論　隨著肝細(xì)胞移植研究的深入以及基因技術(shù)和高分子材料的運(yùn)
用,肝細(xì)胞移植作為一種治療急、慢性肝病的方法有著廣泛的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
