【摘要】目的  報道四川大學華西醫(yī)院首例胰腎聯(lián)合移植。方法  2007年3月我院對1例2型糖尿病合并腎功能衰竭患者成功施行了胰腎聯(lián)合移植手術，將腎臟移植于左側髂窩，胰腺移植于右側髂窩，胰腺移植采用腸道-體循環(huán)回流術式。結果  術后第1 d C-肽升至正常水平，第4 d血肌酐恢復正常，第11 d血尿素氮恢復正常，血糖逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定，第16 d完全停用胰島素，術后3周OGTT結果顯示移植胰腺功能正常。隨訪6個月移植胰腺、腎臟功能正常，沒有發(fā)生手術相關并發(fā)癥。
結論  胰腎聯(lián)合移植是治療2型糖尿病合并腎功能衰竭的有效手段。
