目的 　研究胰腺-胃吻合術(shù)在胰十二指腸切除術(shù)消化道重建中的合理性。
方法 　對(duì)2002年3月至2004年10月期間實(shí)施胰十二指腸切除和胰腺-胃吻合術(shù)重建消化道的24例壺腹周?chē)┗颊叩呐R床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 　所有患者均順利完成胰腺-胃吻合手術(shù)，胰瘺的發(fā)生率為8.3%（2/24），通過(guò)保守治療均痊愈。
結(jié)論 　胰腺-胃吻合術(shù)是胰十二指腸切除術(shù)后一種安全的消化道重建方法。
