目的 總結(jié)應(yīng)用原下腹部正中切口行腹膜前置網(wǎng)片修補腹股溝疝的經(jīng)驗。
方法 回顧性分析19例腹股溝疝類型、手術(shù)方法和術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)資料。
結(jié)果 傷口均一期愈合。隨訪1～66個月,無遠(yuǎn)期傷口感染和疝復(fù)發(fā)。
結(jié)論 經(jīng)原下腹部正中切口行腹膜前置網(wǎng)片修補腹股溝復(fù)雜性疝是一種安全和有效的手術(shù)方法,但需要術(shù)者對腹股溝解剖有透徹的了解和具有豐富的疝手術(shù)經(jīng)驗。
