目的  研究胃癌及其癌旁組織中SKP2和p27蛋白表達水平,探討兩者的相互關(guān)系及其臨床意義。
方法  49例胃癌及20例癌旁組織常規(guī)制作石蠟包埋切片,SKP2和p27染色方法為SP免疫組化法。
結(jié)果  胃癌組織中SKP2表達陽性率及其評分值明顯高于癌旁組織(P<0.01),而p27則相反(P<0.05,P<0.01); SKP2 表達陽性和(或)p27表達陰性的癌旁組織呈中至重度不典型增生。SKP2和p27蛋白表達與癌細胞浸潤深度、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移分站及有無遠處轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在胃癌組織中SKP2 與p27評分值之間呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.65,P<0.01)。
結(jié)論  SKP2和p27可能是反映胃癌發(fā)生、進展、生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后的標記物。
