目的  研究乙酰肝素酶(HPA1)在結(jié)直腸癌中的表達(dá),探討其與腫瘤生長(zhǎng)和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
方法  采用RT-PCR和免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù),從mRNA和蛋白水平對(duì)HPA1在結(jié)直腸癌及其周圍組織中的表達(dá)進(jìn)行定性和定位研究,初步分析其與結(jié)直腸癌臨床病理特征和臨床預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果  HPA1 mRNA在結(jié)直腸癌組織中的表達(dá)明顯高于周圍正常組織,HPA1 mRNA在正常腸道組織中的表達(dá)與是否患結(jié)直腸腺瘤呈正相關(guān)(r=0.352,P=0.024); 免疫組化結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),HPA1蛋白主要表達(dá)在結(jié)直腸癌組織、腫瘤邊緣的浸潤(rùn)組織和血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞; HPA1陰性患者的2年無(wú)病生存率(88.9%)高于HPA1陽(yáng)性患者(50.0%),但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.078)。
結(jié)論  HPA1在結(jié)直腸癌組織中呈高表達(dá),與腫瘤的發(fā)生和預(yù)后有一定的關(guān)系。
