目的  研究胰腺癌和慢性胰腺炎組織中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)表達水平和淋巴管計數(shù),探討兩者的臨床病理意義及在胰腺癌中的相互關(guān)系。
方法  51例胰腺癌和10例慢性胰腺炎手術(shù)切除標(biāo)本常規(guī)制作石蠟包埋切片,TP表達的檢測和淋巴管計數(shù)均采用SP免疫組化法。
結(jié)果  胰腺癌TP表達陽性率(54.9%)和淋巴管計數(shù)〔(12.5±4.3) 個/HP〕明顯高于慢性胰腺炎TP表達陽性率(20.0%)和淋巴管計數(shù)〔(5.2±2.4)個/HP〕,P<0.05, P<0.01;  高分化胰腺癌和未轉(zhuǎn)移病例TP表達陽性率和淋巴管計數(shù)明顯低于低分化胰腺癌和轉(zhuǎn)移病例(P<0.05,P<0.01); TP表達陽性的胰腺癌淋巴管計數(shù)明顯高于陰性表達者〔(13.8±3.4)個/HP vs (10.9±3.2)個/HP〕,P<0.01?!?
結(jié)論   TP表達和淋巴管計數(shù)均為反映胰腺癌進展、轉(zhuǎn)移等生物學(xué)特性及預(yù)后的重要標(biāo)記物,胰腺癌細胞分泌的TP可能促進淋巴管生成。
