目的  介紹免疫營養(yǎng)素ω-3多不飽和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)在調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能方面的作用及目前在器官移植領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用情況。
方法  復(fù)習(xí)近幾年的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果  ω-3 PUFA具有免疫調(diào)控作用,可抑制T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞等免疫活性細(xì)胞的活化、增殖,抑制細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生,調(diào)節(jié)免疫應(yīng)答;能改善移植器官功能,延長存活時(shí)間,減少排斥反應(yīng),減輕免疫抑制劑副作用。
結(jié)論  ω-3 PUFA的免疫調(diào)控作用在器官移植領(lǐng)域可望有廣闊應(yīng)用前景,但仍需深入研究。
