目的總結(jié)1例親體部分肝移植的臨床體會(huì)。
方法受者為5.5歲男童，診斷為先天性肝臟巨大腫瘤; 供者為患兒母親，34歲; 切取供者肝臟的左葉并原位移植給患兒。術(shù)后給予抗感染、抗免疫排斥反應(yīng)等支持治療。
結(jié)果患兒手術(shù)歷時(shí)9 h，失血250 ml; 供者手術(shù)歷時(shí)3 h，失血450 ml。術(shù)后供、受者均健康存活，肝功能正常。
結(jié)論活體肝部分移植技術(shù)是可行的，良好的手術(shù)及術(shù)后處理是確保肝移植手術(shù)成功的關(guān)鍵。
