目的探討人乳腺癌組織中端粒酶逆轉錄酶(hTERT)mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達及其二者間的關系。
方法采用RTPCR 和免疫組化方法分別檢測43例乳腺癌組織和40例乳腺癌癌旁組織中的hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達。
結果乳腺癌組織中hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白表達陽性率分別為72.1%(31/43)和34.9%(15/43),hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白在乳腺癌組織及其癌旁組織中表達〔5.0%(2/40),77.5%(31/40)〕的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05); 在乳腺癌組織中,hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達呈負相關(r=-0.995, P<0.01)。
結論BRCA1蛋白弱表達與乳腺癌hTERT轉錄密切相關,可能參與了乳腺癌發(fā)生機理。
