目的 研究環(huán)氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2)及血管生成素-2 (angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)在大腸癌組織、癌旁組織及正常大腸組織中的表達(dá)及其與大腸癌臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系。方法 采用免疫組化SP法檢測45例大腸癌組織、45例癌旁組織及15例正常大腸組織中Cox-2和Ang-2的表達(dá)情況。 結(jié)果 大腸癌組織中的Cox-2和 Ang-2的表達(dá)陽性率(80.0%,66.7%)均分別高于癌旁組織(35.6%,11.1%)及正常大腸組織(0,0),P均<0.01。在大腸癌組織中Cox-2和Ang-2蛋白表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及Dukes分期有關(guān)(P<0.05),且二者的表達(dá)具有相關(guān)性(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 Cox-2和Ang-2在大腸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用,二者在表達(dá)上密切相關(guān)。
