目的  探討腫瘤抑制基因甲基化與胃癌的關(guān)系。方法 對(duì)近年來(lái)關(guān)于腫瘤抑制基因甲基化與胃癌關(guān)系的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述分析。 結(jié)果 胃癌中,細(xì)胞周期調(diào)控基因、有絲分裂檢測(cè)點(diǎn)基因、凋亡相關(guān)基因、錯(cuò)配修復(fù)基因、轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)基因等多種腫瘤抑制基因發(fā)生甲基化而失活。結(jié)論 腫瘤抑制基因甲基化在胃癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程中起重要作用,腫瘤抑制基因的甲基化有可能成為胃癌診斷、判斷轉(zhuǎn)移和評(píng)價(jià)預(yù)后的分子標(biāo)記物,去甲基化干預(yù)有望成為胃癌治療的新方法。
