【摘要】目的 介紹肝移植治療肝泡狀棘球蚴病（AHD）的臨床進(jìn)展。
方法復(fù)習(xí)文獻(xiàn)，綜述國(guó)內(nèi)、外最新研究與治療進(jìn)展。
結(jié)果肝移植治療晚期肝AHD的5年生存率達(dá)71%，術(shù)中切除病肝和術(shù)后避免復(fù)發(fā)是治療的主要難題。
結(jié)論肝移植是目前惟一有效而又可行的能治愈肝AHD的方法，值得進(jìn)一步探討推廣。
