【摘要】目的 探討外源性透明質(zhì)酸酶(hyaluronidase, Hyase)對(duì)人乳腺癌細(xì)胞ZR-75-30侵襲潛力及血管形成能力的影響。
方法 通過建立體外侵襲模型和應(yīng)用雙室聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)技術(shù),觀察外源性Hyase對(duì)ZR-75-30細(xì)胞穿透Matrigel(人工基底膜)的能力以及誘導(dǎo)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞形成血管能力的影響。
結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的穿膜細(xì)胞數(shù)為(70.625±11.64)個(gè),明顯高于對(duì)照組的(22.125±6.09)個(gè)(P<0.01); 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的血管管腔數(shù)目為(34.5±2.4)條,明顯高于對(duì)照組的(8.5±1.5)條(P<0.01)。
結(jié)論 外源性Hyase有促進(jìn)人乳腺癌細(xì)胞侵襲及誘導(dǎo)血管形成的作用。
