【摘要】目的檢測(cè)上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素在乳腺癌組織中的表達(dá)情況，分析它們與乳腺癌生物學(xué)特性的關(guān)系,探討乳腺癌浸潤(rùn)、轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)理。 方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)54例乳腺癌及21例癌旁正常組織（距腫瘤5 cm以上并經(jīng)病理檢查證實(shí)）中上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素的表達(dá)情況。 結(jié)果21例癌旁正常組織中，上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素均主要定位于腺泡或?qū)Ч苌掀ぜ?xì)胞膜上，顯示了細(xì)胞-細(xì)胞間交界和細(xì)胞輪廓，二者均表達(dá)正常； 54例乳腺癌組織中上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素的異常表達(dá)率分別為51.9%和63.0%。上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素的異常表達(dá)與組織學(xué)分級(jí)及高增殖活性密切相關(guān)。α-連接素異常表達(dá)與TNM分期、腋窩淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和術(shù)后遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移顯著相關(guān)。上皮鈣黏蛋白異常表達(dá)與HER-2表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。COX多元回歸分析顯示，兩種蛋白表達(dá)均未能成為影響乳腺癌預(yù)后的獨(dú)立指標(biāo)。 結(jié)論乳腺癌中廣泛存在上皮鈣黏蛋白和α-連接素異常表達(dá)，二者異常表達(dá)與乳腺癌的增殖、分化失控相關(guān)。
