【摘要】目的 研究乳腺癌組織中P-gp、nm23和p53的變化規(guī)律及與乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。
方法應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測(cè)10例乳腺纖維腺瘤（纖維腺瘤組）和47例乳腺癌病變組織中P-gp、nm23和p53 的表達(dá)，47例乳腺癌中18例隨訪(fǎng)3~5年無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)（無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)組），29例3年內(nèi)復(fù)發(fā)（復(fù)發(fā)組），并比較其表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率和表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的差異。
結(jié)果乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)組nm23表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率較纖維腺瘤組低（P＜0.05），其陽(yáng)性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度較無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)組低。復(fù)發(fā)組和無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)組p53表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率均較纖維腺瘤組高（P＜0.05），復(fù)發(fā)組p53陽(yáng)性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度高于無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)組（P＜0.05）。復(fù)發(fā)組和無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)組Pgp表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率與纖維腺瘤組比較差異無(wú)顯著性意義，但其陽(yáng)性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度較纖維腺瘤組低（P＜0.01，P＜0.025）。
結(jié)論p53過(guò)表達(dá)和nm23低表達(dá)對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)具有一定價(jià)值。
