【摘要】目的 探討梗阻性黃疸對(duì)肝臟分泌胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子-1(IGF-1)的影響。
方法 收集20例梗阻性黃疸患者的臨床資料, 并對(duì)患者血清TNF-α、肝功能指標(biāo)(ALT、ALP、TB)、 內(nèi)毒素(ET)及 IGF-1進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
結(jié)果 良性梗阻性黃疸患者與單純膽囊結(jié)石患者相比,IGF-1明顯降低(P<0.01),而ET、TNFα、ALT、ALP及TB均明顯升高(P<0.01); 在膽道梗阻解除后,IGF-1明顯上升,ET、TNF-α、ALT、ALP及TB則明顯下降(P<0.01)。 在良性梗阻性黃疸時(shí),血清中 IGF-1濃度的變化與ET的濃度變化呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.761,P<0.01)。
結(jié)論 梗阻性黃疸時(shí),內(nèi)毒素血癥可影響肝臟分泌IGF-1,而IGF-1則可以作為判斷梗阻性黃疸時(shí)肝臟功能改變的指標(biāo)。
