目的  探討透明質(zhì)酸鈉對(duì)術(shù)后腹腔粘連的預(yù)防作用。
方法  將38只大鼠隨機(jī)分為A、B、C 3組,于腹腔內(nèi)損傷部位分別注入生理鹽水、6%右旋糖酐-40和透明質(zhì)酸鈉(術(shù)康林1),術(shù)后第14天處死動(dòng)物,觀察各組腹腔粘連情況。
結(jié)果  3組粘連分級(jí)差異有顯著性意義(P<0.01)。光鏡下見C組炎癥反應(yīng)輕微,纖維增生不顯著; 電鏡下見C組纖維細(xì)胞分泌膠原能力弱,間質(zhì)細(xì)胞增生活躍。
結(jié)論  透明質(zhì)酸鈉可減少術(shù)后腹腔粘連的程度,其作用優(yōu)于右旋糖酐。
