目的  從脂蛋白代謝的分子受體水平探討膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石的成因。
方法  采用高膽固醇膳食(HCD)誘發(fā)兔膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石模型,動(dòng)態(tài)觀測(cè)成石過(guò)程中高密度脂蛋白受體(HDLR)及低密度脂蛋白受體(LDLR)活性變化。
結(jié)果  進(jìn)食HCD 1周時(shí)肝細(xì)胞HDLR活性明顯升高,而LDLR活性輕微升高,隨后HDLR及LDLR活性均明顯下降; 血總膽固醇、LDL膽固醇、肝臟及膽汁膽固醇隨進(jìn)食HCD的時(shí)間增加而逐漸增高,膽汁中膽汁酸則逐漸降低。
結(jié)論  肝細(xì)胞HDLR及LDLR活性變化對(duì)膽汁中膽固醇的分泌影響不明顯,肝細(xì)胞HDLR及LDLR活性下降均可引起肝細(xì)胞攝取用于膽汁酸合成的底物減少,并可能在膽囊結(jié)石形成中起一定的作用。
