目的  研究胃癌組織中nm23和CD44的表達(dá),以及與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
方法  應(yīng)用SP免疫組化技術(shù)對105例胃癌組織nm23、CD44H和CD44V6的表達(dá)進(jìn)行觀察,并對其中59例患者隨訪。結(jié)果  nm23、CD44H及CD44V6蛋白表達(dá)陽性率分別為44.8%、54.3%和48.6%; nm23及CD44V6在胃癌組織的表達(dá)與其分化、浸潤深度、臨床分期和預(yù)后有關(guān),而CD44H的表達(dá)與上述臨床病理指標(biāo)無關(guān)。3種抗體的陽性反應(yīng)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(nm23 P<0.05; CD44V6 P<0.01; CD44H P<0.05)。
結(jié)論  CD44H的表達(dá)可用于監(jiān)測病情,而nm23和CD44V6有希望作為一個(gè)判斷預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
