目的  探討臨床肝移植過程中離體供肝低溫保存—再灌注損傷與肝細(xì)胞凋亡的關(guān)系。
方法  采用細(xì)胞凋亡原位末端標(biāo)記法并結(jié)合電鏡觀察,檢測(cè)低溫保存時(shí)間分別為0、3、6、9小時(shí)的4組兔肝臟在低溫保存—再灌注過程中肝細(xì)胞凋亡發(fā)生情況。
結(jié)果  在低溫保存后的再灌注期間,4組動(dòng)物的肝組織內(nèi)均可見明顯的肝實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞凋亡現(xiàn)象,而且低溫保存時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)的肝臟,其再灌注后產(chǎn)生的肝實(shí)質(zhì)凋亡細(xì)胞數(shù)量越多; 但各組肝臟于低溫保存末,其組織內(nèi)則未見或僅偶見肝實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞凋亡現(xiàn)象。
結(jié)論  肝實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞凋亡顯著參與了肝臟低溫保存—再灌注損傷過程。
