目的  探討p16蛋白與雌激素受體在甲狀腺乳頭狀癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及其相關性。
方法  應用免疫組化法對50例甲狀腺乳頭狀癌標本進行p16蛋白及雌激素受體檢測。
結果  p16蛋白表達及雌激素受體與甲狀腺乳頭狀癌的組織分化、淋巴結轉移及預后有關。
結論  p16蛋白表達與雌激素受體水平有助于甲狀腺癌的分化及預后的判斷。
