目的  為缺血療法在胰腺癌的臨床應(yīng)用提供基礎(chǔ)研究資料。
方法 在建立人胰腺癌細(xì)胞株裸小鼠胰腺原位移植瘤模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)扎荷瘤裸鼠胃十二指腸動脈、胰十二指腸下動脈及背胰動脈,誘導(dǎo)胰腺右葉區(qū)域性缺血,觀察缺血對裸小鼠胰腺移植癌生長、移植癌及癌周胰腺組織病理形態(tài)學(xué)的影響。
結(jié)果  缺血組移植癌生長緩慢,倍增時間延長,移植癌體積、癌細(xì)胞增殖指數(shù)及蛋白含量在術(shù)后第3、7、14天均顯著低于對照組(P<0.01)。光鏡下缺血組移植癌呈大片凝固壞死,周圍有漸進(jìn)性壞死細(xì)胞及炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤; 癌周胰腺組織腺泡萎縮破壞,可見廣泛纖維化及淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤。
結(jié)論 區(qū)域性缺血對裸小鼠胰腺移植癌有確切的殺傷和抑制效應(yīng),癌周胰腺組織的缺血性改變可能不利于移植癌的生長。
