目的  探討大鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)時胰組織磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的變化及異搏定治療作用。
方法  采用“十二指腸閉袢法”誘發(fā)AP大鼠模型設(shè)定AP組和異搏定組,對比觀察AP組和異搏定治療組PLA2活性變化及胰組織病理學(xué)檢查。
結(jié)果  誘發(fā)AP 16小時和24小時胰腺組織PLA2活性,治療組分別為32.34±3.87 u和35.26±4.52 u,AP組分別為44.83±5.31 u和47.77±5.86 u,治療組較AP組明顯降低,病理改變減輕。
結(jié)論  大鼠AP時存在PLA2的活化,鈣通道阻滯劑異搏定可抑制PLA2的活化,推測對大鼠AP有一定的治療作用。
