目的  探討抑癌基因在多原發(fā)性惡性腫瘤(MPMN)發(fā)生中的重要作用。
方法  采用回顧性分析的方法對(duì)近年來(lái)多原發(fā)性惡性腫瘤中常見(jiàn)的相關(guān)抑癌基因研究進(jìn)行了綜述。
結(jié)果  目前在多原發(fā)性惡性腫瘤研究中,研究較多的抑癌基因有p53、APC、p16、BRCA1、BRCA2、PTEN/MMAC1等基因,許多MPMN可檢測(cè)出相同的抑癌基因突變。
結(jié)論  多原發(fā)性惡性腫瘤發(fā)生與抑癌基因失活有重要關(guān)系,通過(guò)對(duì)抑癌基因在MPMN中作用的研究,可揭示出MPMN發(fā)生的某些共同規(guī)律。
