目的  評價FEV 及FEV1/FEV 在評定阻塞性通氣功能障礙方面的應用價值,探討FEV1/FEV 能否替代FEV1/FVC用于評估氣道阻塞,并且對與FEV1/FVC lt;70% 對應的FEV1/FEV 臨界值進行探討。方法  應用德國Jaeger公司生產(chǎn)的MasterScreen肺功能儀對128例門診及住院患者進行肺功能測定,選用FEV1、FEV6、FVC、FEV1、FVC%pred,F(xiàn)EV1/FVC、FEV1/FEV6等作為分析指標。以FEV1 /FVC lt;70%作為判斷有無氣流受限的“金標準”,以FEV %pred評估氣流受限程度。從ROC曲線分析決定最佳FEV1 /FEV6值;并對FEV1 /FVC與FEV1 /FEV6百分比之間關(guān)系進行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果  128例患者中,F(xiàn)EV1 /FVC≥70%者65例(51%),F(xiàn)EV1/FVC lt;70%者63例(49%)。在FEV1 /FVC lt;70% 的63例患者中,除5例FEV1/FEV6稍大于70%(70.09%~71%)外,其余均小于70% 。FVC實測值與FEV 實測值間無顯著差異。FEV1/FVC與FEV 1/FEV6呈高度正相關(guān)(r=0.997 9,P lt;0.000 1)。ROC曲線分析表明,以FEV1 /FEV6 lt;71.14%為診斷界值時,對現(xiàn)有資料可以得到與FEV /FVC lt;70%完全一致的診斷結(jié)果。結(jié)論  FEV 1/FEV 6與FEV 1/FVC有相當好的相關(guān)性,F(xiàn)EV1 /FEV 6有希望替代FEV1/FVC用于評定阻塞性通氣功能障礙。
