目的  研究居室內(nèi)溫度及相對(duì)濕度對(duì)COPD急性加重(AECOPD)的影響。方法  選擇7O例中度到極重度COPD患者,采用記錄日記卡的形式,收集患者2005年1月~12月間每日早晚2次居室內(nèi)溫度和相對(duì)濕度,以及每日呼吸困難程度、痰量、痰性、咳嗽、感冒癥狀、咽痛、用藥調(diào)整等臨床事件評(píng)分資料,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。同時(shí),將2005年同期每日室外平均溫度、相對(duì)濕度、大氣壓資料與室內(nèi)資料相比較,研究室內(nèi)和室外環(huán)境因素對(duì)AECOPD影響程度的差異。結(jié)果  最終有55例完成全部研究。采用Logistic回歸法分析室內(nèi)溫濕度對(duì)AECOPD的影響,溫度和濕度最后皆人選。室內(nèi)外溫濕度及大氣壓與AECOPD均有顯著關(guān)聯(lián)(P均 lt;0.05)。在相關(guān)強(qiáng)度上,室內(nèi)溫度(r=-0.686) gt;室外溫度(r=-0.671),室內(nèi)濕度與AECOPD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.105),而室外濕度與AECOPD呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.115),大氣壓與AECOPD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.545)。結(jié)論  室內(nèi)溫度和相對(duì)濕度,特別是低溫和高濕度對(duì)中度以上AECOPD的發(fā)生有明顯的影響。與室外環(huán)境相比,室內(nèi)溫度和濕度與AECOPD的關(guān)系更為密切。因此,調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)溫濕度可能有助于減少AECOPD的發(fā)生。
