目的 探討單步經(jīng)皮旋轉(zhuǎn)氣管切開術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。方法 對2007年1月～2008年2月長海醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科進(jìn)行的單步經(jīng)皮旋轉(zhuǎn)氣管切開術(shù)(PercuTwist組)以及同期進(jìn)行的傳統(tǒng)氣管切
開術(shù)(傳統(tǒng)組)的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性比較分析。結(jié)果 PercuTwist組16例，男12例，女4例；術(shù)前血小板最低值為15 X109 ／L；手術(shù)時(shí)間(從局部麻醉到連接呼吸機(jī))平均為(4.3±1.1)rain；出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥2例次。傳統(tǒng)組12例，男8例，女4例；術(shù)前血小板最低值為85 x 109 ／L；手術(shù)時(shí)間為(33.3±8.6)min；出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥11例次。PercuTwist組的手術(shù)時(shí)間和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均顯著低于傳統(tǒng)組(P lt;0.001和P lt;0.01)。結(jié)論 與傳統(tǒng)的氣管切開術(shù)比較，Percutwist具有耗時(shí)短、并發(fā)癥少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
