摘要:目的:調(diào)查格列本脲的10年來不良反應(yīng)情況為臨床上合理使用格列本脲提供參考。方法:檢索近10年(1999~2009)維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫報道的格列本脲的不良反應(yīng)文獻,進行統(tǒng)計、分析。結(jié)果:格列本脲不良反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)較多,機制復(fù)雜,最常見的是低血糖,其次是肝功能損傷。結(jié)論:臨床上應(yīng)該重視格列本脲的不良反應(yīng)情況,針對不同病人合理用藥。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the adverse reaction of glibenclamide in resent ten years so as to promote rational clinical glibenclamide Use. Methods: The adverse reaction reports in the vipdatabase (19992009) were summarized and investigated. Results:There exist complicated mechanism and lots of clinical symptoms of the adverse reaction of glibenclamide. The most common adverse reaction of glibenclamide is glycopenia. Conclusion: Great attention should be paid to adverse reactions of glibenclamide for rational drug use. Glibenclamide should be used according to physiological and pathological situation of patients.
