闡述了 NNT 和 NNH 的定義和用途。NNT 用于治療前評(píng)估不治療給患者造成損害的可能性，NNH 用于評(píng)估治療可能給患者造成傷害的可能性，也可用于比較干預(yù)措施與陽(yáng)性藥物比較的相對(duì)獲益或受損。與安慰劑比較時(shí)， NNT或NNH 為絕對(duì)效應(yīng)量；與陽(yáng)性藥物比較時(shí)，NNT 或 NNH 為相對(duì)效應(yīng)量。當(dāng)描述相對(duì)效應(yīng)量時(shí)，通過(guò)RR或 OR、RD表示干預(yù)措施與對(duì)照的效應(yīng)量大小關(guān)系。
摘要:目的:總結(jié)胸心血管外科慢性傷口換藥的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法：2008年11月2009年4月我科共發(fā)生12例手術(shù)切口裂開病例，使用貝復(fù)濟(jì)噴灑創(chuàng)面，藻酸鈣敷料填塞創(chuàng)面，外用二層敷料固定，根據(jù)滲液情況決定更換敷料的頻率，高滲出時(shí)每天更換，中等滲出時(shí)每2天更換，少量滲出時(shí)每3天更換。結(jié)果：本組12例患者，11例患者傷口均達(dá)到二期愈合，平均愈合時(shí)間為（12±2）天，另外1例轉(zhuǎn)燒傷科行植皮術(shù)，后愈合。結(jié)論：通過(guò)聯(lián)合使用貝復(fù)濟(jì)和藻酸鈣敷料，使本組病例的滲出減少，創(chuàng)面肉芽生長(zhǎng)迅速，傷口疼痛減輕或消失，傷口周圍皮膚免受浸漬，傷口快速愈合。Abstract: Objective: To introduce the methods of using streptogenin spray and the alginate dressing on Cardiac wound disruption. Methods: Our department had 12 cases of wound disruption from the November 2008 to the April 2009, We sprinkled the streptogenin spray to wound, then filled wound with the alginate dressing, finally fix wound with gauze and adhesive tape.According to the volume of the exudation, we decided how often to change the dressings. When the exudation volume was high ,We changed the dressing every day; While medium, We changed every two days ; When low ,We changed every three days. Results:Eleven 11 of 12 wounds got second phase of healing, the average healing time was (12±2) days. Conclusion: Using of the Streptogenin spray and the alginate dressing on disruption wound can reduce the exudation volume and wound pain, meanwhile it can progress the growth of granulation , so the wounds healed quickly.
