摘要:目的: 分析特非那定所致不良反應(yīng)的臨床特征、相關(guān)因素,為臨床藥物治療中藥品不良反應(yīng)的防治提供參考依據(jù)。 方法 :檢索1986～2008年國內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)源特非那定的不良反應(yīng)資料,并加以分析研究。 結(jié)果 :34例不良反應(yīng)報告中女性明顯多于男性;不良反應(yīng)以心血管系統(tǒng)損害最多(23例,占6766%),其次為皮膚及附件損害(5例,1470%);不良反應(yīng)預(yù)后較好。 結(jié)論 :患者的性別、體質(zhì)、合并用藥等因素能影響不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,對于引起心律失常不良反應(yīng)臨床應(yīng)提高警惕,減少不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical features、correlation factors of ADRs caused by Terfenadine drugs and provide beneficial references for preventing and curing the ADRs. Methods :To collect and analyze the cases of ADRs caused by Terfenadine from medical journals of 19862008 Results :Women were more than men in 34 ADRs;cardiovascular system lesions accounted for 6766%,skin and its appendix lesions accounted for 1470%;ADRs prognosis well. Conclusion :The occurrence of ADRs caused by Terfenadine due to many factors such as sex、age and combination drug,ect. The ADRs caused by second generation antihistamine drugs must be reconstred.
摘要:目的:調(diào)查格列本脲的10年來不良反應(yīng)情況為臨床上合理使用格列本脲提供參考。方法:檢索近10年(1999~2009)維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫報道的格列本脲的不良反應(yīng)文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計、分析。結(jié)果:格列本脲不良反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)較多,機(jī)制復(fù)雜,最常見的是低血糖,其次是肝功能損傷。結(jié)論:臨床上應(yīng)該重視格列本脲的不良反應(yīng)情況,針對不同病人合理用藥。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the adverse reaction of glibenclamide in resent ten years so as to promote rational clinical glibenclamide Use. Methods: The adverse reaction reports in the vipdatabase (19992009) were summarized and investigated. Results:There exist complicated mechanism and lots of clinical symptoms of the adverse reaction of glibenclamide. The most common adverse reaction of glibenclamide is glycopenia. Conclusion: Great attention should be paid to adverse reactions of glibenclamide for rational drug use. Glibenclamide should be used according to physiological and pathological situation of patients.
